Colleen Grady

Colleen D. Grady is founder and president of Grady and Associates LLC. Grady and Associates LLC provides consulting services specializing in public and fiscal policy analysis, education policy development, communications strategies and government relations.Ms. Grady has extensive public sector experience having served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, an elected member of Ohio’s State Board of Education, a member of the Strongsville City Schools Board of Education and Polaris Career Center Board of Education.  A long-time advocate for gifted children, Ms. Grady is a past president of the Strongsville Association for Gifted and Talented, former member of the Ohio Association for Gifted Children governing board, serving as the vice president for Parent and Affiliate Relations, and former chairman of the National Association for Gifted Children Parent/Community Division.
