Miles Caunin, J.D. Sponsorship Finance Manager

Miles comes to Fordham with a diverse background that includes tax and compliance.  He has over a decade of work experience in the state & local tax arena, having begun with Deloitte & Touche LLP, that covers consulting, audits, assessment/valuation appeals, and tax compliance.  He has dealt with issues concerning local government finance, school tax revenues, and hence, with local school boards while representing taxpayers.  As a result, Miles is uniquely qualified to offer many perspectives in carrying out his sponsorship duties.

Miles holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He is also a former U.S. Army officer and an avid hiker, along with his wife Jen.
